Clearbox announces new product feature- RECRUIT!

Ocean City, MD, July 20, 2015 -— Joan Trice, Founder and CEO of Clearbox LLC, announced today the release of RECRUIT™, a new tool that connects qualified appraisers for Clearbox Lender and Appraisal Management Companies. Clearbox represents a database of every appraiser in the U.S. and is the most comprehensive source for credentials for the real estate appraiser profession. Trice notes, “The addition of RECRUIT™ was just a natural development. With the upturn in certain markets, our MC and Lender subscribers were having a difficult time placing orders. They needed to expand their panel, yet maintain their rigorous vetting process. RECRUIT™ connects appraisers to new clients with just one click”.

Todd Loomis, Chief Technology Officer for Clearbox states, “RECRUIT™ is the culmination of a year-long data initiative. We simply listened to our clients. In addition to creating new front - end search tools, we supplemented data in our API to include full contact information for every available appraiser. This enables our clients to pull our data into their transaction platforms through an XML datafeed.”

Clearbox RECRUIT enables Lenders and AMCs to search for appraisers and contact them directly through the Clearbox dashboard. RECRUIT also sends the appraiser an email to notify them that the client is interested in their services.
